Arizona Recorded Document Alerts (Title Fraud Protection)
Arizona counties offer free Recorded Document Alert programs (often called Title Alert or Fraud Guard) to help property owners monitor activity recorded under their name.
These programs notify you by email whenever a document — such as a deed, lien, or other recorded instrument — is recorded matching your registered name.
LDPrep strongly encourages all Arizona property owners to enroll in their county’s free recording alert program.
LDPrep does not operate these services; they are provided directly by each Arizona County Recorder.
- Register your name or business name with your county recorder.
- The county monitors newly recorded documents.
- If a document is recorded matching your name, you receive an automatic email alert.
- You can immediately review the recorded document online.
